Deleting Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your account and the data attached to it in the Testoman app (developer: Enegal Tech Yazılım Bilişim Danışmanlık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.).
1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)
You can delete your account yourself, immediately, from within the app:
- Open the Testoman app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right to open Profile.
- At the bottom of the page, tap Delete your account permanently.
- Confirm with Delete in the dialog that appears.
Deletion starts the moment you confirm and finishes within seconds. It is irreversible; signing in again with the same account creates a brand new, empty account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot reach the app (lost phone, app uninstalled, unable to sign in), send your request to [email protected]. Use the subject "Account deletion request" and state the email address linked to your account. Once we verify your identity we complete the request within 30 days at the latest.
3. Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following is permanently removed from our servers:
- Account and identity: your email address, user ID, handle, chosen coach.
- Profile and onboarding answers: your goals, measurements, preferences.
- Progress data: your T Score, rank, streaks, ritual and program records, challenge and arena progress, personal records.
- Community content (T-Club): topics you opened, your replies and reactions.
- Files you uploaded: meal photos, profile image and community media.
- Health and fitness data: the step, exercise and sleep records we hold in the app. (Health Connect / Apple Health data on your phone is untouched — it already lives on your device and under your control.)
- The local copy on your device: everything the app stores on your phone.
If you used Sign in with Apple, your Apple authorization token is revoked during deletion.
4. Data that is retained, and for how long
- Moderation records: where a report has been filed about a user, the related user ID may be kept for up to 12 months to prevent abuse and track repeat violations. These records contain no other personal data that could be matched to your account.
- Billing and subscription records: payment records for your subscription are held by Google Play or the App Store; on our side they are kept only to the extent required by tax and commercial law, for 10 years. They are not linked to your in-app data.
- Backups: deleted data drops out of system backups within 30 days at the latest.
5. Your subscription must be cancelled separately
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop being charged you must cancel it in the store:
- Android: Google Play app > profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions
- iPhone: Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions
We recommend cancelling before you delete your account; afterwards you can no longer reach the subscription page through the app.
6. Questions
