Terms of Use
This is a translation provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
These terms govern your use of the Testoman app and the T-Club community. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. The service and the provider
Testoman is a men's health and fitness app that brings nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits together in a single system. The content is for information and general fitness purposes only. The app is operated by Enegal Tech Yazılım Bilişim Danışmanlık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (MERSIS: 0334132164900001).
2. Health disclaimer
Testoman does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other health professional. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise, nutrition, or supplement program. You are responsible for the health outcomes arising from your use of the app.
3. Account
You create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity that takes place under it. You must be over 18 years of age.
4. Subscription, charges, and auto-renewal
The full features of Testoman require a paid subscription. Monthly and yearly subscription options are offered; current prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase (App Store / Google Play) and may vary by store and country.
The following App Store standard terms apply:
- A 3-day free trial is offered on your first subscription. The trial is valid once only, on the first subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time on your iPhone via Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; your access continues until then.
- The subscription is managed through the App Store. Deleting your account from within the app does not cancel your App Store subscription — you must cancel it separately as described above.
5. Community rules (T-Club)
You are responsible for the content you post in T-Club. Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence, misleading health claims, spam, and illegal content are strictly prohibited. You can report and block inappropriate content and users from within the app. Content that violates these rules may be removed and accounts may be suspended. We apply zero tolerance to inappropriate content and review reports within 24 hours at the latest.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the app only in accordance with the law and within the scope of these terms. Reverse engineering the app, circumventing security measures, using automated access (bots), or infringing the rights of others is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The app itself, its design, its trademarks, and its content belong to Testoman. You are granted only a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right of use.
8. Limitation of liability
Testoman is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Responsibility for health-related decisions rests with you (see Section 2).
9. Termination
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to your account. You may also delete your account at any time via Profile > Account > Delete Account.
